TRAINING OPPORTUNITY - AUXCOMM (MTDES/USDHS)

Montana DES (Department of Emergency Services), in cooperation with USDES (US Department of Homeland Security) are putting together the AUXCOMM 2014 course schedule. Although dates and locations have not been finalized, all amateur operators who meet the prerequisites are encouraged to take advantage of this training opportunity. If you do not yet meet the prerequisites, follow the links contained in the attached announcement to get started. As a potential emergency communicator, it is very important that you understand how emergencies are managed in order to maximize your value to the overall emergency response.
