IRLP Node 7430

IRLP node #7430 came into existence by Carlos, W7CMA back on April 18, 2002.  The Node became a FVARC club node on November 24, 2005.  The equipment is housed in the basement of KD7ZRC, Len Matson's home and consists of:

Transmitter - Dual band Alinco DR-605 mobile radio with a squirrel cage  fan on the heat sink to keep it cool. 50 watts VHF/35 Watts UHF.

Power Supply - Astron RS-35.

Antenna - Diamond X-500 antenna.

Computer - Linux RedHat 6.2. - UPS protected

The elevation of the IRLP Node is 3,470 feet ASL.
