Wow, hard to believe September 28, 2004 began my 20th year as a ham radio operator! Yikes! QCWA is coming soon!
I Enjoy QRP and operating the Spartan Sprints and Flight of the Bumble Bees (FOBB) which is sponsored by the Adventure Radio Society. EXTREME FUN! I also like 10 meter DXing, 10FM, 10 Meter Repeaters, PSK-31, VHF/UHF weak signal work, Sats, Contesting, mobile HF operating, repeater building, beacon building, Solar power, and lots of rag chewing.
You can usually catch me operating on 30 meters somewhere. I'm also lurking on the QRP frequencies of 14.060, 7.040, 21.060 and 28.060.
On the weekends, catch me on 10 or 20 meters SSB. You can also catch me on the local FVARC repeaters or via IRLP node #7430.
I also own two beacons. One on 28.249 MHz and the other on 50.074 MHz. You can find more information and lots of photos about the two beacons at: www.qsl.net/n7lt Both beacons are located about 5 miles north of Bozeman Montana. Now that I've moved to NW Montana, Norm, KD7TQM, is my control op for those beacons. All QSL's should come to me via my QRZ.com address please.
I hope we have a QSO or you can copy and report my beacons soon!
